Newport University was approved by the Bureau of Private Postsecondary and Vocational Education with the State of California (approval # 20766). Newport University has voluntarily entered into an agreement with the Department of Consumer Affairs (DCA). The DCA is located at 1625 N. Market Blvd., Suite S-308, Sacramento, CA 95834 (1-800-952-5210). Newport University’s School of Law is registered as a correspondence law school with the California Committee of Bar Examiners, the primary authority regulating correspondence law schools in the state of California.
