If licensing is the ultimate goal of the student, the University strongly advises their students to check with their respective state, school district or professional associations for specific requirements.
Academic Calendar
The University operates on a semester basis. The nature of the institution allows for open enrollment year round. The student's semester begins upon enrollment. Access Calendar
Undergraduate Admission

BACHELOR DEGREE
High school graduation or equivalent or demonstrate the ability to succeed in undergraduate study, e.g., completion of courses in a state approved or accredited college or university.

MASTER DEGREE/GRADUATE STUDY
To be admitted to a Masters program, a student must have received a bachelor's degree or its equivalent, as determined by standards used within the educational system of the United States. International students seeking admission at the graduate level will be required to have their transcripts evaluated by a Credential Evaluation Service.

Our Admissions and Records admits and registers students. Our records are maintained by the University in accordance with the California State Law. The University maintains student files for five years and transcripts for fifty years.
