The student shall have the right to cancel until midnight of the eighth business day after the first lesson was mailed by the institution, as verified by a certificate of mailing, without penalty or obligation and receive 100% of the amount paid for institutional charges, less the application fee and administrative costs not to exceed one hundred dollars ($100.00).
